If you have too much to do then you need to prioritize better. Get a 3x5" index card and a pencil and write on it all the things you have to do.
Now what if the card is too small to fit everything? Then leave those items off that don't fit and are less important than an item on the card. If you find a more important item then erase the least important item and add it.
If you want to could sign up for Listi.net and create a list but use the options to set the list to a max of 10 - 20 items. If you need to add more items then just delete one and add the new one.
