Easier: Skipping breakfast

Harder: Fast for 24 hours (0 sugar liquids allowed)

Dangers: Not getting enough vitamins and proteins

Weight Loss Speed: Medium

Avoid: Overeating. If you eat 5K calories in the OMAD, I don't think this is good

Difficulties: Hunger, but if you're busy then it's not that bad

What are the health benefits of OMAD?

Try to eat all your food within one hour.

On May 23, 2020 I tried it. I had Indian food for dinner with no bread or rice and still gained 0.8 lbs.
