Getting Started

Load above table into Excel

Enter
F1: get the name for 1234 =vlookup(1234,A:B,2,0) Returns "Al Berg"
F2: get the Title for 1234 =vlookup(1234,A:D,4,0)

Format
=vlookup(value,start_column,end_column,offset,0)

The start_column and end_column forms a table

The offset is a number of the column
