Esc - Escape key - Cancels

Known as the Escape key

Location: Upper left corner



Importance: High

Functions:
  • Closes a dialog box
  • Exits from editing a cell and goes back to the previous version
  • Can stop a Macro that's running. Ctrl+Break also does this as ESC doesn't always work

    Time saving:

    If you're moving the mouse to the Cancel button and clicking it, you could save a few seconds each time
