| One way to discover a shortcut is by hovering the mouse over the Ribbon. You must hover the mouse pointer over an item for about a second, and Excel will indicate if there is a shortcut available. Not only will Excel tell you about a shortcut if one exists, but it will also give you a brief description of what the icon you're hovering over can do. |
