Ctrl+F - Find Dialog

The Options >> button expands the dialog to show additional settings:

The Within: allows you to search in the Active Sheet or the entire Workbook (all sheets)

Look in: allows you to search the Formula or the Value of the cell

Limitations:

Won't find text in hidden, cells or sheets

Defaults to Match entire cell contents which is often not what you want it to do
