| I seem to like to procrastinate. A habit that might help with this problem is Random Selection and do it. Make a list of the things to do and then randomly select one and do it for at least x minutes. There might be an issue where "Walk the dog" is selected but the weather's bad and will improve later in the day. Get into the habit of doing these tasks no matter what and you will achieve success and be able to procrastinate at the same time. Procrastination is usually solved by a deadline, real or artificial |
