| A/B Testing is the process of testing two items, web pages, ads, etc. A computer will randomly display version 1 and version 2 which one gets more click-throughs (i.e. people clicking the link or button). Then, the one with the better click-through rate is kept and the lower one is replaced with a new item. The new item or ad is the same as the winning ad, but one small change is made. This process is repeated over and over until the ad evolves into one with a much higher click-through than what was started with. You can do some further research at: |
