There are a number of anti-aging gurus out there. Some that I’ve followed are:Get health checkups at least yearly.

Work on your health when you are young. This could prevent repeated bad habits from affecting you negatively.
  • Reduce stress
  • Learn to meditate or mindfulness
  • Focus on the present
  • Appreciate what you have
  • Listen to your favorite music
  • Have a drink but don’t overdo it or drive afterward
  • Have some fun
  • Take a hot bath
  • Get a massage
  • Think about how lucky you are
  • Think about how it could have been worse1
