I found about him from a Dave Aspery podcast interviewing Tim Ferriss (4 Hour Workweek) Dave’s techniques are outlined in his book Bulletproof Diet, on his podcast (http://Listi.net/BP-podcast) and website (http://BulletproofExec.com) Drink Bulletproof Coffee for breakfast which is coffee, coconut oil and unsalted grass fed butter mixed in a blender. See the Bulletproof recipe. Eat low carb foods. Don’t eat after 8 pm. He introduced me to the term “biohacking.” I don't follow his diet but do drink "butter coffee." I use any coffee plus his Brain Octane coconut oil with a tablespoon of Kerrygold unsalted butter. I mix the ingredients with a Magic Bullet and the coffee tastes great. I usually drink the coffee when I feel overwhelmed at work or before meetings. I find that it has a relaxing effect and helps me think faster eliminated that overwhelmed feeling. |
