Walk

I have a chapter in my book 92 Immutable Laws of Weight Loss on walking.

Start small if you’re out of shape, five minutes a day and build it up. Make sure where you are walking is safe. Don’t use headphones while walking. Don’t read your phone or a book while walking especially when crossing the street or in parking lots.

Walk on shady side of street in hot weather and sunny side in cold weather. Make sure you carry water if it’s hot and drink before you’re thirsty.

Try different paths on your walks to reduce boredom.

Wear a heart rate monitor to make sure you’re not overdoing it. I’d recommend a heart monitor for any type of exercise.
