| This is a site for Old White Male (OWM) Networking. In this day of diversity and inclusion, there's no place for OWMs to network. If you think the term "White Privilege" is racist then come join us to fight for our rights. Is there discrimination against other groups? Of course. But we are only trying to have a networking group that other races and sexes already have. All conversations must be kept confidential. I listened to a podcast and was angered by how racist and sexist the Diversity & Inclusion programs at work are. On twitter I was attacked for stating the following tweet:
Is it okay to discriminate against whites by supporting these divisive types of groups? Should the NBA have more short people or should we get the best players regardless of size? Is diversity is a dog-whistle for discrimination? Is society served best by putting some people ahead of others due to their ethnicity, race, religion or sexual identity? What is OWM's Mission?
