Excel Diet Spreadsheet
you:
Weigh yourself each day
Enter your weight to the
spreadsheet
See if you're on target
Eat less if above line
Exercise more if above line
To lose a pound per week you need to burn 500 extra calories per day. You can do that through a combination of eating less and/or exercising more.
Use the Excel Diet spreadsheet to track how you're doing. Change your eating and
exercise
based on whether you're on target or not.
