Steps I use:
  1. Get a microphone
  2. Load CamStudio software
  3. Set up CamStudio
  4. Make a test recording
  5. Use Movie Maker
  6. Upload to Youtube
  7. Upload to free one
  8. Include video in webpage

Things to watch out for:
  • Throat clearing
  • Snot sucking
  • Noisy environment (do at time when people can't interrupt you)
