| The second to last day of Oct. 2019 and I've been fasting for 21 hours so far today with a goal of 36. Reading Jason Fong book The Complete Guide to Fasting. I was a little disappointed to see that I may have to do a multi-day fast. I've probably fasted around 5 days this month and lost less weight than I expected. Tonight going to watch final game of the baseball world series. Washington vs. Houston, game 7. I plan to continue with my 1 Million Push Ups (1MPU). I on 21 per day. Went to the gym a number of times this month but staying away during fasting. I'm hoping the fasting doesn't backfire and gives me the results I want. If I want to go faster I think I can do multi-day fasts. I'm hoping it I should be able to lose weight quickly as I'm eating about 1/2 what I'd normally eat. I'm working on a class for Learn Excel and do a Million Push-ups I'm trying to do an FTAD method and have found that it's difficult to do on phone. I'm riding an "old LIRR train" and have my own seat. No schmucks to sit next to. There also seems to be more room due to the smaller bathroom on the train. I'm always happy when the old train arrives. |
