| So I just about succeeded with not eating poorly after a fast.
I mean minimizing carbs. I did it. Weight starts the day at 168.6, which is up from 166.4. I'm fasting today as it's Friday. Last night wanted to do some fixes to Playground.Listi.com but got tied up filling out a 23andme questionnaire that took a couple of hours. My results weren't in and I'm a little concerned to find out I have a bad gene, but on the positive side I could take actions now to be in better condition. While taking the questionnaire I got a little sad because there was a whole number of things about doing things with people that I didn't have. I few criticisms of the questionnaire from 23andme. At the Drs. office and had blood taken. I said to the nurse, "It's pretty empty today." and sheet said "now it's gonna get crowded." She should have said "Yes quiet is nice." I said, "I'm not that powerful, I won't find a million dollars today." She said, "We'll share it 50/50 if you do" and I said, "90/10". Person who greeted me had a nose stud. I never liked them. It's nice that I won't have to work that much today as the morning will be at the Drs. I sent an email telling coworkers but no one said okay. I've been pretty unproductive at work lately. Why? I think mainly because work is boring. The reason it's boring is the poor training they have. Also, I think I like programming more than I like documenting, meetings and following up. I got a new project yesterday which is the conversion of Libor. This project doesn't excite me. I've tried a new method of having a top 10 to-do list on my phone and I think I like it. I could use a way to change code from my phone. I'm also having an issue that when I'm podcasting and I get a good idea it gets lost in the podcast. I missed doing my push-ups last night. My original plan was to go ot the gym but my wife wanted Halal chicken so I skipped the gym. Today have to do 76 push-ups on my way to 1 million. Oh I just remembered I'm supposed to come up with a tag line for the end of the podcast which will be BP LSIT - Acronym to remember Yesterday, at work I realized that I could save time by creating shortcut keys instead of using a shortcut input (multiple steps). It seems what I really like to do is save time by reducing steps. What are the time wasters in your life? I save from Tim Ferriss that a Not to-do list might be more important than a to-do list. I'll have to test that. |
