Strangest problem I've ever faced

This was a strange problem but on Godaddy, the following string

"c-ute on error resume next" (you must remove the dash in c-ute to cute)

Will cause update to fail with the following message.

This site cant be reached The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

This doesn't happen in whois.com web hosting
