What do the different colors mean?

Red - Enter your time

Yellow - last 15 mins of the hour, finish up your Hour's Goal (HG)

Orange - 5 minutes left take a break at least stand up

Why is screen red?
Screen is red when a 15 minute period has expired and is a reminder to enter your time. After entry and pressing [Save] the screen will become white.

How to make window an ontop or topmost?

install Autohotkey

add record ^SPACE:: Winset, Alwaysontop, , A

run the program

Select the window

Press Ctrl+Space to toggle
