The header is a way of showing data or links on each list you go to, to give you quick access.

    Why?



    Why should I use it?

    It will save you time accessing your lists if you create links to your lists.

    It will save you time accessing your favorite websites as you can have them easily available.

    It can remind you of shortcuts you have.

    it can be used to remind yourself of something or to view data you want to see no matter what list you're on

    It's useful when you want to quickly navigate to your lists from any list

    The header is stored in a list you set up.

    Only if you make it public.

    How?



    How do you set up a header?
    1. Create a list with a "@" in the first character
    2. Use something unique for the rest of the name
    3. Enter into the comment field what you want to appear on each of your pages
    4. Use the &showheader=@name-of-list parameter to show it or name it @header and the param of "y" will work
    5. Press the close/hide button to view or hide it
    6. There is a bug where the first line doesn't show so add "this won't show " or just skip a line
    7. Use < l:text,nnnn> to link to a list or < l:text,url> to link to a webpage
    8. User heading: link1 | link2 type format bold with < b> tag
    9. add an type tag to be able to quickly edit the sub-header via < l:edit,editcomment.asp?p=nnnnn> where nnnn is the number of your list where the data is stored
