What's your Most Important Task (MIT)?

We have limited time and an unlimited number of things we can do.

A Most Important Task (MIT) is the task that is more important than the other tasks you can do.

Everyone has a unique MIT. If you have multiple MITs and can't decide the "Most" then just randomly pick one.

If you don't know your goals and don't have clear goals then this is your MIT.

To determine your MIT, check the following list:
  1. Is your survival at risk if you don't do something?
  2. Do you have a deadline or meeting coming up?

My son has three friends coming to our house, so my MIT is to clean up before they get here.

Scott Adams says to use Energy to determine what's your MIT.

MIT should be based on:
  • Goals
  • Happiness
  • Health

    My MIT is: workout today.
