Google

One easy way to find shortcuts is to Google them after you got sick of doing things the slow way. It seems that 90% of the time Google will have the answer for you. The times it doesn't, there probably isn't a short cut key to do the function. You then have the following choices:
  • Add item to the Quick Access Tool bar, first 9 items
  • Use the shortcuts for the Ribbon by pressing Alt
  • Write or get someone to write a custom macro that will accomplish the task you want
  • Use a tool like auto hot key
