Introduction
| We started fostering Sadie on Jan. 30th, 2021.
She had Heartworm is a parasite where a worm grows in the Heart muscle. She is limited as to what she can do because of her treatment On May 25th she is free. Before that, she must be kept calm and have no exercise for about 90 days from when we got her. She use to want to escape when we first got her and she did 2 times. It's been a very stressful time for me, but I guess even more for her. She's afraid to go to the backyard to pee and would rather do it in the house. I have to drag her sometimes to just get her moving. She's very afraid of my sons who are 29.38 years and 28.32 years She barks at other dogs and cries when she sees them and has taken a liking to 2 neighborhood dogs, Harley and Ranger. She has actually gotten worse instead of better. She's developed more fears. She's afraid to I can't leave the house without locking her in the crate. She and my other dog Lola sleep most of the day. 
I have to be more careful not to stress her until she's healthy. She like the snow a lot. |
