Law of Anyone Can Lose Weight

“Lose weight or die from not trying” – Al Berg

I was walking in New York city and saw an obese person. She must have weighed 400 pounds. If she did the steps I did, could she lose weight?

I thought, what groups are skinny?  The image of Holocaust survivors and cancer patients came to mind.

This showed me that no matter how heavy you are it’s possible to lose weight.

Now I don’t want anyone to starve themselves, but the realization that calorie restriction will shed pounds on everyone if it doesn’t kill you first is important. So losing one-pound-a-week is a reasonable compromise.
