Law of Supplements

When dieting you eat less food so you might not get the proper nutrition you need. I take the following supplements:
• Multivitamin
• Fish Oil
• Vitamin D3

It’s really a personal choice on whether you take supplements or not.

There are many weight loss pills on the market also. I don’t take them but have tried them. They didn’t work for me. They are usually expensive and some pay the people you see on the ads. But if you do take these supplements, track what you take and use the Excel Diet Spreadsheet and the other rules in this book.
