|You should adjust your eating each day based on whether you're above the 1 pound a week line or below it.|
If you're above then eat sensibly. Veggies, fruits, chicken, fish, eggs. No Junk food, avoid white foods, breads, potatoes, etc. Make sure you exercise.
If you're below then eat sensibly but indulge yourself in something you like.
It's up to you to figure out what you can and can't eat as everybody is different. What works for me may not work for you.
