What does above the line or below the line and goal line mean?
On the chart below the red line is losing a pound a week. The blue line is your weight and in the graph below, my weight is above the line. Below the line means you lost more than you need to and above the line means you haven't lost enough. When above the line moderate your eating and below the line you don't have to be as strict. Above the line, increase your exercising and below the line take a day off or do a light workout.
