I am not losing weight, what should I do?

If you're having trouble losing weight, then try the following:
  • See a doctor to make sure you're ok
  • Up the exercise you're doing
  • Reduce the calories your eating
  • Buy a step counter and try to work up to 10,000 steps per day
  • Eat a low carb diet
  • Take supplements that may help
  • Reduce your salt intake
  • Track what you're eating and measure the calories
  • Stop eating junk food
  • Stop eating foods that appear to put on the pounds
  • Find ways to increase exercise by walking to and from work. Walking at lunch time
  • Avoid alcohol, soda and whole milk
  • Don't eat out. Prepare your foods at home
  • Don't eat any prepared foods from the supermarket
  • Measure your body fat as you may be gaining muscle and losing fat. This may not show up in your scale.
