What if I miss a day?

If you miss a day do the following:

Forgot to weigh yourself

Assume your behind your goal and eat less and exercise more. Weigh yourself as soon as you can and use that value for the day. If you actually missed a day, then take the average of the current day and the previous time you weighed yourself.

Forgot to enter your data

Enter your data when you get a chance.
