It's the first thing that many help-desk employees will tell you to do. So one of the things to do to solve any problem is to reboot your device. One reason this works is due to Memory Leaks. By rebooting the computer the memory leak is temporarily cleared. Think of a small room with lots of people in it. The line for drinks and food are both long. It's hot and hard to move around.
